Deposit: 400.00€ for any damages that might be incurred by the tenant or electricity usage. Refundable at the end of the rental period if no damage has been incurred and electricity cost has been fully paid.

Electricity usage payable at the end of each month.

Rental: One month in advance plus deposit, thereafter every month in advance for the duration of the contract.

Payment: With bank transfer or deposit, credit cards are not accepted.

In any case the signed Contract between the Parties will prevail
