Cleaning services whatsoevere are not provided by the owner, the tenant is obliged to keep the studio and its contents clean at their cost including cleaning and washing materials.

Rubbish disposal at the road's rubbish public bin provided by the Municipality.

Access and/or usage of the swimming pool complex is strictly prohibited.

The use of A/C electricity consumption is for Tenant’s account.

Subletting is strictly prohibited.

Car washing or other means of transport at the premises is not allowed.
